Head of Personal Lines

The Role :

- Active management of Personal Lines Business Channel in line with company guidelines, coordinating with the Management team and other Operational staff 

- In conjunction with the MD/CEO, define Business strategy and recommend business plans that will generate continued business growth

- Current and future markets Review and analyze new business opportunities

- Meet and negotiate with clients to build relationships and develop new and renewal business 

- Liaise with insurance companies in arranging the required insurance support 

- Manage, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and attitudes 

- Accountable for governance and compliance at an operational level 

Qualifications and Experience :

- Academic qualifications such as Insurance exams would be an added advantage

- 5-10 years of Insurance industry experience and Experience in an Insurance Broking company would be an added advantage

- Understanding of insurance products and coverage

- Presentation skills and the ability to apply IT knowledge in day-to-day job function is required
